From there, Kristen intuitively creates a custom 15–20 minute guided meditation infused with distance Reiki healing, tailored specifically to your energy, your needs, and what your system is ready to shift and receive. Your recording will be delivered to you within 48 hours and is yours to return to anytime - supporting continued integration, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. Services cancelled with more than 24hrs notice will receive full refund. Cancellations within 24hrs of appointment time will receive 50% refund.
